2STV is the second Senegalese television channel and the first private television channel in the country.
It was in 2003 that the first programs were broadcast on the UHF23 channel. The station was then in partnership with the historic television of Senegal, the Senegalese Radio-Television (RTS), and a private group, "Origine SA". The chain was named: RTS2S.
The channel gained independence in 2005 and took on a new name: 2sTV. The programs it offers are essentially focused on culture, more free and innovative.
