Copyright Infringement Notice

Copyright Infringement Notices

LiveTV is a directory that helps viewers discover legal, publicly available FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV) channels. We do not host, store, or transmit any video content from our own servers. Channels are made accessible through the following methods, each respecting the rights of the broadcasters and platforms involved:

  • Direct links to official sources: channels open directly on the broadcaster's own website or platform.
  • Embed codes from official platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch): integrated strictly in accordance with the respective platform's Terms of Service.
  • Player embeds provided or authorized by broadcasters: in some cases the broadcaster supplies the embed directly; in others, the listing is added only after the broadcaster confirms authorization by email.

Many broadcasters listed on LiveTV have voluntarily requested inclusion, recognizing the added visibility and free promotion it brings to their channel.

Notification of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on a copyright owner's behalf, and believe a listing on LiveTV links to or embeds content without authorization, you may submit a notice. Because we do not host content ourselves, we cannot remove video files directly - we can only remove or disable the listing that points to it.

Your notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work - name of the channel or work, and any registration or reference number that identifies it, where applicable.
  2. Location of the infringing listing - the specific LiveTV URL, not the broadcaster's own site.
  3. Your contact information - name, address, email, and phone number.
  4. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement of accuracy, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is correct and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. An electronic or physical signature confirming the validity of the notice.

Notices missing any of these elements may not be actionable and could delay review.

Please note: knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to legal liability under applicable law.

Voluntary Removal for Broadcasters

If you are the broadcaster and want your channel removed from LiveTV - via direct link, embed, or authorized player - you can request immediate removal at any time, without needing to file a copyright claim.

To prevent unauthorized requests, removal requests must come exclusively from the channel owner or their legal representative, sent to:

support@live-tv-channels.org
