Information Collected Automatically

When you browse the Site, some information is collected automatically:

  • Server logs — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited, used for security, troubleshooting, and traffic analysis.

  • Embedded content — channel pages embed players from third-party platforms such as YouTube and Twitch. If you interact with an embedded player, that platform may collect data under its own privacy policy, independent of LiveTV.

Data Retention

  • Contact/Submit a Channel messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request, then deleted or archived per standard support practice.
  • Analytics data (Google Analytics) is retained for up to 2 years, per our Cookie Policy.
  • Advertising cookies are retained for up to 13 months, set and controlled by the advertising provider.
  • Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then rotated out.
