China Xinhua News Network Corporation (CNC) is a TV news network run by Xinhua News Agency targeting overseas audiences. It produces programs that are aired on cable, satellite and wireless networks and expands through owned & operated (O&O) stations and broadcast partnerships.

Employing the business model of the franchised dealership, CNC implants its programs into TV channels in different countries and regions and reaches out across the world by establishing O&O stations and enlarging broadcast partnerships.
