We are a multimedia retailer that has surpassed the concept of home shopping to arrive at conceiving a relationship with its customers based on innovation and entertainment. We were born from an idea of Joseph Segel, a visionary entrepreneur who in 1986 realized the potential success of a multimedia retail channel, and built an international reality based on a fundamental assumption: the customer at the center of our every choice.
Today we are a growing multinational wholly owned by Qurate Retail Inc., (NASDAQ: QRTEA, QRTEB), with global closing revenues of $ 8.8 billion (2017 budget), a staff of over 17,000 employees and 13 million of customers in the world.

WHAT DO WE DO
Our TV channel broadcasts 17 hours of live broadcasts a day, seven days a week for 364 days a year, on the digital terrestrial and tivùsat (channel 32), on tivùsat HD (channel 132) and the Sky and Sky HD platform (channel 475 ). We are also present on the web with the website www.qvc.it, complete and updated with the entire product offering.
During the live shows, 20 presenters, prepared as real personal shoppers and accompanied by expert guests, alternate to entertain and propose hundreds of exclusive and innovative Italian and international brands, divided into the categories: Jewelry, Fashion & Accessories, Beauty, Kitchen, Home, and Electronics.
We have a 24-hour customer service, we guarantee rapid home deliveries and offer our customers the possibility to return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery, after refunding the purchase price.
