Al Mahdi TV is part of the Al-Mahdi Foundation Inc, which is a religious, non-political, non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) corporation. The purpose of the channel is to provide guidance for humanity towards the path of AhlulBayt (AS). The main goal of the channel is to spread the peaceful message of Islam under the shadow of Imam Mahdi (AS) and AhlulBayt.
Al-Mahdi Foundation, Inc. strives to create unity in the Brooklyn Muslim community and provides a variety of services to the people including religious education, establishing a place for worship, performing congregational prayers, teaching Islamic Sharia based on the Qur’an and Ahadith, and observing religious ceremonies. It serves communities in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
AlMahdi TV provides content in various languages such as Arabic, Persian, Urdu, and English. The Al-Mahdi Foundation operates several key institutions, including the Islamic Institute of Theology, Al-Qur’an Center in Pennsylvania, the Al-Mahdi Center in Brooklyn, New York, and the Al-Mahdi Seminary (Howza Ilmiyah studies) in New Jersey. Additionally, it runs the Al-Qur’an Academy, Al-Mahdi TV, and the Al-Mahdi Hajj Group. The foundation is governed by a board of directors and trustees, who oversee its mission and activities.
