С 1 февраля 2017 года – обязательный общедоступный телеканал на территории Курской области. Доступен зрителям в пакетах всех кабельных операторов региона на «21 кнопке», в IP TV. Направленность вещания — информационно-аналитические, политические, детские, культурно-просветительские, музыкальные и развлекательные программы собственного производства. В сети Интернет на территории Курской области телеканал транслирует компания «Яндекс».
