Zjarr TV is an Albanian news and entertainment channel that streams live on its official website as Zjarr Televizion. Open the page and the live player is right there.
What zjarr tv puts on screen
The channel mixes news, political commentary, showbiz and sport. The website sorts stories into sections like Aktualitet, Sport and Lajme nga Bota, so coverage reaches past Albanian politics into world news.
The talk programs have a sharper edge. 360 Gradë is built around political arguments and parliamentary clashes. Zbardhi deals with complaints from ordinary people and pressure on local authorities.
Zjarr TV also has a loud past. Around 2015 and 2016, the channel drew international coverage for a newsreading style that critics called sensational, with some presenters appearing in revealing outfits. Owner Ismet Drishti described the approach as a metaphor for "bare" reporting. That was a presentation strategy of one period, so don't assume every program works that way today.
Who this channel suits
The core audience is Albanian viewers who follow politics, social disputes and public scandals. If you like confrontational debate more than a calm studio bulletin, the format fits.
An English version of the website and a live stream also make the channel reachable for Albanians living abroad. No independent audience figures exist, so how many viewers actually do this is unknown.
Ways to watch zjarr tv online
The live stream on the official site is the first place to go. The channel also uses YouTube, and AFP traced a 360° Grade clip to a video posted on 27 September 2017.
On pay TV, Zjarr TV sat at slot 114 in the Tring channel list from 2023. Third-party sites such as iCanLive and Tvivu also host viewing pages, but none is a confirmed official source, so start with the channel's own site.
Stream quality will feel different from one viewer to the next, so a quick try is the best test.
If the channel looks like your kind of news, bookmark the page for next time. Send the link to anyone who follows Albanian TV too.
