โลก้า (อังกฤษ: LOCA) เป็นช่องโทรทัศน์โทรทัศน์ที่ไม่ใช้คลื่นความถี่ ต่อจากช่องโทรทัศน์ภาคพื้นดินระบบดิจิทัล ซึ่งคณะกรรมการกิจการกระจายเสียงและกิจการโทรทัศน์ (กสท.) ในคณะกรรมการกิจการกระจายเสียง กิจการโทรทัศน์ และกิจการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ (กสทช.) ออกใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการ ประเภทรายการเด็กและครอบครัว ให้แก่บริษัท ไทยทีวี จำกัด เป็นผู้ใช้คลื่นความถี่ทางช่องหมายเลข 15 เริ่มทดลองออกอากาศเมื่อวันอังคารที่ 1 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2557 และเริ่มออกอากาศอย่างเป็นทางการ ตั้งแต่วันอาทิตย์ที่ 1 มิถุนายน ปีเดียวกัน[1] จากนั้น บริษัท เอ็มวีเทเลวิชัน (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด เข้าร่วมผลิตรายการเป็นส่วนมาก ตั้งแต่วันศุกร์ที่ 1 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2558 พร้อมทั้งออกอากาศคู่ขนาน ผ่านเครือข่ายโทรทัศน์ดาวเทียม โดยทาง กสทช.อนุมัติให้ตามข้อเสนอดังกล่าว ตั้งแต่วันจันทร์ที่ 3 สิงหาคม ปีเดียวกัน[3] เกิดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2559 เคยออกอากาศทีวีดิจิตอล มานาน 1 ปี
